(Female/Arabic speaking is an advantage)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Exceeds the customer's expectations at all times & implements a high standard of customer focus within the store
• Leads, Motivates & Develops the team to enhance talent & performance and achieve business objectives.
• Maximizes sales potential.
• Maintains all audits requirements.

Skills/Abilities:

• Planning, Organizing & Follow Up
• Decision Making
• Fluency in Arabic language

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Fashion Industry as a Store Manager
