CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR
ENOC TASJEEL LLC - UAE



Job Purpose



The Customer Service Supervisor has the overall responsibility in Registration hall. He is also responsible to manage all RTA & SHJ. Police vehicle registration transactions and support service transactions at the site.



Detailed Description







Principal Accountabilities



1) Site Level: Responsible to manage CSRs data entry from Customers’ Documents on RTA & Sharjah Policy system and ensure that the correct information required by RTA is also entered in the system for proper processing for testing and registration purpose. Prepare duty roaster for all CSRs in co-ordination with Site Manager.


2)Cash Handling: Responsible for all CSRs cash transactions at the counter, where applicable, and tallying of cash with the system printouts at the end of the shift and safe handing over of the same to Site Manager.


3)Customer Service: Ensure CSRs maintain a high standard of customer service at the site and deal with all the customer is a highly professional and cordial manner.
To ensure that the customer leaves the counter with all his transactions completed and that he/she is correctly guided to proceed to other depts.


4)Site Image: To behave confidently and ensure the proper projection of company’s image to the customers. Maintain Good relation with RTA & Tasjeel staff.


5) Productivity: Ensure all CSRs achieve daily/monthly targets that are set by site Manager and Area Manager.


6) Business support: support site Manager & Asst. Site manager to achieve monthly site revenue targets.


7) Quality Management System: Ensure Tasjeel QMS compliance at the counter.




Storekeeper


To liaise closely with the all Departments on inventory levels and slow/non-moving items.
To give support while cost controller makes test checks on the stored goods.
To ensure all the items are received in a proper pack with labels except vegetables and fruits.
To issue only against a fully authorised store requisition either by online or my manual.
To carry out monthly inventories as per closing schedule time table and with the assistance of 1 member of the finance department.
To inform the Cost Controller of any discrepancies in stock quantity 'On hand' with computerised stock quantity.
To extend the support to receiving clerk and ensure supplies delivered and receipt in time.
To give support to payable supervisor on all invoices discrepancies
To query the GRR with receiving clerk in case of discrepancy in stores receipts.
To keep all monthly consumption files and submit to AFC/CA whenever required
To provide the data as when needed by Cost controls department
To maintain a filing list where all correspondences are recorded for anytime verification in detail
To keep all files neatly and in a safe custody
To monitor the Walk in cold rooms which are properly temperature controlled. Liaise with Engineering as per the situation
To promote efficiency, confidence, and courtesy towards colleagues.
To generally promote and ensure good relations with Operational and department colleagues.
To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues.
To demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel thus identifying a high level of commitment.
To adhere to Company and Hotel rules and regulations at all times.
To report any equipment failures/problems (within stores visibility) to the Maintenance Department.
To pass any maintenance requests to the Maintenance Department.
To participate in any Training/Developments schemes as recommended by senior management.
To comply with any reasonable request made by Department Head to the best of your ability.
To make a timely suggestion to Controller simplifying documents and providing lead to avoid duplication issues.
To ensure that the standards required by Qatar Law and by Department are maintained at all times in the areas specified above.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for IT first level support and On-Call duty.

14. Assist to the inventory management of software licenses, software, hardware, and other IT supplies.
15. Assist in purchasing of software, hardware and other IT supplies.
16. Promotes responsible usage and care of corporate equipment.
17. Responsible for generating monthly reports.
18. Responsible for weekly backup in tapes and storing it in the remote locations.
19. Supporting IT Infrastructure manager in projects and trouble shooting.
20. Should have a good communication skill to communicate with regional offices.
21. Responsible in managing company’s backup solution.

Required work experience and skills:
4-5 years of experience in:
  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance laptops & desktops.
  • Supporting users and managing IT helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Specialized in Windows 7, Windows 8 & Windows 10 OS with sound knowledge of trouble shooting.
  • Security & backup technology knowledge is must.
  • Knowledge on virtual environment (Hyper-V & VMware) is must.
  • Strong knowledge in Windows server environment is must.
  • Good knowledge in exchange servers is required.
  • Knowledge in storage technology is required.
  • Security & backup technology knowledge is must.
  • Network knowledge is preferred.

Required educational qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree must.
Microsoft MCSA and Cisco CCNA is required.
