Job purpose:

Responsibilities:


Recruitment & International mobility


  • Oversee and control budget for Recruitment and IM budget
  • Analyze workforce needs/trends and develop strategy to ensure business needs are effectively met
  • Lead an effective recruitment and mobility process, to ensure the right talent is attracted and appointed to the vacant positions within set timeframes
  • Collaborates internally and externally to source and select the best candidates
  • Periodic reporting to the business and management on KPI and market trends

  • Develop and implement L&D strategy and programs
  • Acts as a counselor to management and employees for all subjects related to L&D

ABOUT THE POSITION:

The purpose of this role is to support the HR Manager in executing Talent strategies and achieving HR departmental objectives. This position will entail hands on involvement in Performance Management, compensation & Benefits, Employee relations, Administration, Recruitment and Strategic HR.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as First Point of Contact for all HR Related matters.
  • Responsible managing HRMS System including data entries, report generations, update records, and other duties as assigned/ requested.
  • Facilitating human resources processes.
  • Maintain record of personnel-related data for payroll, contact, leaves, and turnover rates in both paper and ERP to ensure all employment requirements are met.
  • Administering medical insurance including enrollments, addition, deletions and reimbursements.
  • Act as a liaison between employee and insurance provider.
  • Assisting with new employee hiring processes, including job posting, shortlisting, screening.
  • Prepare all employee related documents (Salary certificates, transfer letters, NOCs, job/ employment offer letters, other documents as requested) accurate and error free.
  • Collect all the documents required from different entities and ensure smooth and timely process of payroll.
  • Working alongside the payroll officer regarding overseeing benefits deductions and additions to the company's payroll system.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events, and maintain the team agenda.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions.
  • Support other functions as assigned.
