  • Collecting payment (credit card, or cash) for drinks and or food served following company established accounting procedures for all transaction.**
  • Maintaining table appearance by clearing dirty plates, removing cutleries, and providing adequate napkins, etc.**
  • Keeping all station clean, sets up and takes down station tables appropriately.**
  • Performing shift change and or opening or closing duties.**
  • Adhering to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.**
  • Assisting other staff as needed or when business required.**
  • Following 13 steps of service standard.**
  • Working as a team player by assisting other team members with duties as necessary or when shift becomes unexpectedly busy.**

  • Provide courteous service to customers; might use verbal and written communication techniques. Efficiency is also necessary.
  • Need to have familiarity of food safety, food service regulations, health regulations and proper sanitation practices. They must have an awareness of food handling rules.
  • Ability to operate POS, make change and accurately conduct credit card transactions and account for all monies at the end of the shift.
  • Ability to deliver plates, food, clear tables which may require lifting as much 30 lbs.
  • Ability to read and writes English.
