Job Description

- Call Monitoring ( remote or side-by -side)

-Conduct QA briefings for all operational staff working in the process

-Carry out trend analysis for top errors and advisor level analysis

-Ensure adherence to qulaity SLA's

-Performing random disposition audit for calls taken by agents.

--Sharing of feedback with CSR on a timely basis.

-Conducting performance evaluations and focus group with operational staff and documenting of feedback provided to reduce error report.
Job Requirements
- 4 years of experience in call centre as Quality Analyst
- Excellent command of the languages.( English,Hindi,Arabic,Malyalum)
- Previous Experience in call centre as Quality Analyst
- Checking the quality of product after repair before dispatching to the customer
- Randomly checking the quality of products before shipment.
- follow up with concerned department to make sure for the quality.

  • Responsible for keeping records, monitoring driver daily logs for errors or violations and monitoring drivers’ working hours.
  • Ensure that vehicle appearances and operating conditions reflect the company standards and provide operators with safe and dependable vehicles.
  • Monitor GPS tracking system, telephones and on-road provision of service.
  • Accurate appointment setting and follow up using the computer booking system
