Responsibilities and Duties

• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and take the initiative to investigate and resolve issues appropriately and promptly.
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our services.
• Client relationship management with the ability to interact at all levels.
• Follow up with customers for Payments.
• Excellent Skill in drafting professional letters, Documentation, etc.
• Excellent shorthand and typing skills – speed and accuracy are essential.
