Job Summary
To manage and coordinate technicians and helpers to carry out the installation, maintenance, and repair of ventilation and air conditioning units along with chilled water distribution and environmental control systems.
Job Type / Category
The candidate will be working in an Asset and Facility Management company, for 12 hours a day, 6 days a week.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
The candidate has to have the following qualifications:
- UAE Driving License
- Male only 32 y/o and below
- 5+ year technical and FM experience
- Vocational Qualification alongside technical experience and tuition
Candidate must have the following skills;
- Technical skills-Ability to recognize occupational hazards and follow safety precautions
- Behavioral Skills- Good personal presentation at all times.
- Communication skills- fluent in English
- Use of Equipment/Machinery- Basic computer knowledge for preparing reports.
