Job Role

• To generate cold calling or lead calls.
• Generating new business and ensuring the existing customer base to be handled and serviced
• Maintaining Daily DSR tracker and submitting to the telesales executives to follow-up the clients
• Physically visiting and confirming the plans with the client
• Application picking up for the same after dully verified all the original documents, from the company premises Manager, CEO, Partners, and PRO.
• Adherence to process compliance mentioned by Telecom Operator/TRA/DED etc.
• Follow up with the processing team for processing the application
• Ensuring the monthly target achievement on numbers and revenue
• Strict adherence to the process for customer acquisition and activation process to avoid any kind of revenue leakage/penalty/ customer dissatisfaction
• Physically verify the document with the original documents, verifying the customer, customer details and customer premises before submission of application.
• Maintaining a strong relationship with the customers for retaining & recurring business.
• Conducting outdoor activity for increasing sales.
• Ensuring the confidentiality of the customer details and other data.
