  • Work independently or as part of a team on integrating solutions to help improve organization and internal team workflows, including updating company approved software and equipment.
  • Help business operations utilize software and hardware configurations to improve efficiency and train end-users to utilize or integrate new technology programs into their daily work, both through in-person and multimedia communication.
  • Ensure digital databases and archives are protected from security breaches and data losses.
Required Skills \ Experience :
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team-based environment.
  • Must be able to meet strict deadlines and produce high quality work within those constraints.
  • 3+ years’ experience as an IT professional.
At least 1 Year supervisory experience in an IT Department.
