Logistics Executive - Mirsal II -*Duties and tasks but not limited to:
  • Prepare Import /Export documentation upon receiving “Sales/ Purchase Orders” from the accounts department.
  • Responsible for processing Import /Export documents through “Dubai Trade” portal in Mirsal II for the Free zone and customs procedure for internal transfer.
  • Pass Declaration and apply for Vehicle Clearance Certificate (VCC) as per the defined procedure.
  • Ensure all documents and payments for import /export shipments are in line with local regulation and tariffs.

  • Ensure timely submission of SG Claims to Dubai Customs with required Export /Exits documents to avoid penalties.
  • Prepare invoice, packing list, gate pass and arrange Certificate of Origin if required.
  • Arrange “Courier” to send Export /Sales documents to the buyer as per checklist and procedure.
  • Liaise and coordinate with shipping lines / appointed Agent for:
  • Freight Quotations /booking for Import/ Export Shipments.
  • Import/ Export Shipments operations work such as the release of “Goods and BL /Shipment documents”.
  • Arrange transportation – To/From - UAE Ports – Warehouses/ Yards /Workshops / Agencies for delivery /inspections / modifications etc.
  • Handle Local purchase and negotiations with vendors for accessories, spares and other goods and services.
  • Liaise with Suppliers / Customers for timely dispatches and deliveries of goods as well as submission/negotiation of documents.
  • Keep up to date with changes in local customs regulations and share the information for internal use.
  • Handle general admin & PRO work as and when necessary.
