Job Key Details

Guard the company premises.

Maintain the safety of the company's properties at all times.

Generate reports of daily occurrences as well as issues.

Undertake regular patrols to secure employees, asset etc.

Maintain a safe environment.

Preserve an efficient system for the safekeeping of all security documents.

Required to guard all access points in the area.

Generate and present monthly reports on security operations.

Job Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications

· 1-2 years of sales experience

· Self-motivated and entrepreneurial

· Good communication and presentation skills

· Vast knowledge of Dubai real estate.

· Presentable & well-groomed at all times

· Bachelor's Degree and RERA certified brokers (preferred) with a strong portfolio

· Experience working with MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge with (prop space) CRM system is a plus

· Driving license with own car is an advantage but not necessary.
