Roles & Responsibilities: Manager Logistic and Inventory
- Provide leadership and direction to the plant operations, production, maintenance operations, distribution, and logistics.
- Ensure the safety of the workers working in the plant.
- Ensure the safety of the operation in the LPG Plant.
- Implement strategies to increase efficiency, maintain quality, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Analyze and implement process flow improvements, to include capabilities for growth.
- Determines optimum staffing model for the department.
- Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements and regulations regarding plant & logistics.
- Develop and update all distribution procedural manuals.
- Responsible for staff adherence and improvement using the Quality Management System.
- Manage operations personnel: Work allocation, training, and problem resolution.
- Evaluate employee performance and motivate to achieve peak productivity.
- Maintain a proactive equipment maintenance program.
- Forecast facility capabilities and manage annual operations budget and submit to General Manager.
- Prepare monthly and yearly LP Gas Bottling production, gas requirement and schedule the supplier and supply.
- Measure and upgrade standards for relevant job functions and procedures.
- Oversee daily delivery scheduling.
- Ensure implementing efficient monthly inventory and distribution process.

- Manage distribution of gas through delivery Vans.
- Provide leadership and direction to the plant operations, production, maintenance operations, distribution, and logistics.
- Ensure the safety of the workers working in the plant.
- Ensure the safety of the operation in the LPG Plant.
- Implement strategies to increase efficiency, maintain quality, and ensure continuous improvement.

Execution of laser hair reduction and laser skin treatments as per SOP.
Maintenance of laser room and upkeep of machine.
Maintaining documentation of laser and laser-related services.
Targeting wt loss clients with PCOD and Hirsutism for laser and other
dermatological procedures.
Assist the center to organize events with the Dermatologist and sales
manager to promote dermatological sales
Ensuring proper gap between sessions.
Related medical problems of clients to be consulted with Dermat's
before starting treatment for Proper results.
Proper cooling of room and skin surface to be ensured to make the
service comfortable.
Ensuring the affectivity of the treatment within the stipulated no of
sessions, thus improving the execution of sessions.
Package completion to be ensured, when hair regrowth does not
occur within 6 months of the last session taken for laser services.
Promoting maintenance packages for clients who have already
completed stipulated no of sessions for dermal procedures.
Co-coordinating on maintenance of laser machines with corporate
maintenance team.
Improving the service delivery parameters for the dermatological
procedures.
Looking for someone who can join immediately.
