Responsibilities
  • Handle petty cash and log all outgoing disbursements
  • Act as main contact for the driver/riders for any cash related inquiry.
  • Manage COD from drivers.
  • Prepare daily and monthly report per customer basis.
  • Reconcile payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate
  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
  • Preparing payrolls for the drivers and clarifying the queries for salary matters.
  • Assist with other accounting projects
  • Issuance of salaries and reversal of deductions from the salaries based on the approval from the Finance Manager or reporting person.
  • Perform general administrative duties including typing and preparation of correspondence.
  • Assist PRO in administrative tasks such as typing letters, online Government applications.
  • Any additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements
  • Good with numbers and figures and analytical acumen.
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows operating system.
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational ability.
  • Effective corporate communications skills.
  • Ability to consistently meet all deadlines.
  • Hindi Speaker.
  • Male candidates only.

Qualification
  • Graduate / Diploma with minimum 1 years of experience in the same field.
